Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bansport: Be Active Nation, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review the following policies:
Order Cancellation:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order within 2days of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order within the specified cancellation period and it has not been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for eligible items returned within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Package the item securely and include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.
Refund Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for the following:
Items returned after 7 days of receipt.
Items that are not in their original condition or missing tags.
Sale or clearance items.
Shipping charges (except in cases of order cancellation).
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
Refund Status
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
